Motorcycle Tour Provisions:
Included in all tours are tour guides except self-guided tours. Not included in the cost of the tour are travel to/from the tour starting point, motorcycle shipping, repairs, visas and other travel permits, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, or other indicentals or personal items. Motorcycle rentals are not included unless specifically stated in the individual tour description.
RHMT may cancel a tour if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked and fully paid by 10 days prior to scheduled tour start date. Should RHMT cancel a tour for any reason, full refunds will be made. All participants are urged to obtain travel/trip insurance should they be unable to attend their reserved tour.
Motorcycle Rentals
We reserve a motorcycle of your choice in each tour. It will be in your name and you will be responsible for that motorcycle. The vendors at Harley-Davidson will require a credit card for the price of your rental, sales tax, fees, insurance and damage deposit.
Visit Harley Davidson Tucson for motorcycle models currently available for tour rentals. All foreign bikes - certain models are available for tour rental.
Tour Payment and Cancellation Policy:
PAYMENT IN FULL of $130 USD per single rider per tour plus $50 USD per passenger (if any) per tour ($130 USD or $180 USD) is required to secure your reservation, as well as completion of the online Reservation Form. PAYMENT IN FULL is due no later than 10 days prior to the tour start date. If RHMT receives a notice of cancellation in writing at least 11 days days prior to the tour start date, all monies submitted will be returned, less a $35.00 administrative fee per person per tour. There is NO REFUND if written cancellation is received within 10 days or less of tour start date.
Requirements for Tour Participation:
Tour participants must be 24 years or older and possess a valid motorcycle operators license. All motorcycles must comply with laws regarding safety equipment. RHMT requires our clients to have a minimum of 2 years riding experience and believe it is essential that all riders have sufficient skill and experience to safely handle a variety of weather and road conditions.
